Company classes
are taught by very qualified dance professionals, approx.
5 different teachers so there is variety in these
open technique classes. All are welcome. Join us Thursday
evenings at 'Inspirational Dance' for a relaxing
session of fun, fitness, and creative improvisation designed
to help tone, strengthen, and sculpt your body whilst
unleashing your creative potential in dance, rhythm, and
movement. No previous dance experience required. Please
